Clubs

Essential Info & Rules of the Show For Clubs
A 10mph speed limit is compulsory all over the site except for the sprint and mini chase events .
No vehicles should be on the sprint, peritrack or autotest if it is not currently attended by show staff and also not after 8.30pm at night as we have a vehicle noise restriction after this time.
No glass onsite please and all Dogs to be kept on a lead AT ALL TIMES.
Be warned there will be vehicles misfiring and firework noise on the site.
No opens fires, BBQs to be kept a safe distance from tents.
No handbraking, racing or driving foolery of any kind onsite please or you will be asked to leave.
No personal fireworks, chinese lanterns can be deployed at your own risk from 9pm at the designated field area only, marked on the show map.
No quad bikes, mopeds etc unless used as transport to the show.
Toilets & Showers, please clean up after yourselves and tell a member of show staff  if you need paper or find the toilets soiled.
Rubbish, please ask in the marquee if you require a bin liner for rubbish free of charge.
If you have a disabled or member attending who prefers a more spacious loo, please ask them to speak to a member of staff about a disabled toilet key. This is strictly for that member only, and members seen sharing the key with able bodied users will have it removed.

 

Durham Mini Club had a great time at the show in 2010 although this  was not quite what we had in mind when we asked for a themed  clubstand!

Thanks to your feedback Club camping has now been moved to a more convenient location for the  2011 show.

Now, once you have unpacked those tents and unhitched your caravans you will be asked to park right in front of your club camping area on hardstanding, so your clubstand is on show throughout and unless your car is participating in events or concours you can remain there for the duration.

We have also reformed our club admission prices .

Booking a Clubstand could not be easier, just fill in the booking form , print, and send back to us with your club payment.

Alternatively your members may pay individually using our quick pay method.

Please ensure that you have registered your club with us either using the booking form or by phone or email.

We will then send you a link that you may post on your forum and give to your members.

This webpage will be unique to your club and we will list all the members attending on the page so you can see who is attending and who has been added to the clubstand.

Its as easy as that.

Advance club tickets are available right up until August 10th 2011 but to save £1per adult  on the advance entry price, (admission only, not camping ticket) please book and pay by April 1st 2011

 

To enter best Club Stand  & Best Club Car you can enter on the Sunday

NB; Please note that non camping tickets are only valid until 5pm each day. You will need a camping wristband to gain access to the marquee area and to be onsite after this time. Wristbands available from the gate or bar for £2.50 per adult. Kids are free.
